Improvements and new features

  1. Import an EDI Document now automatically detects and corrects X12.835 documents that contain incorrect claim cardinal numbers, as often occurs with state Medicaid carriers who report that the claim was "processed as primary" (status 1) even though the carrier was actually the secondary (status 2).
  2. The QA Review Form now displays the patient notes field, and allows it to be modified by the QA reviewer.
  3. The Insurance Claims Revenue Report is now deprecated, in favor of the Insurance Pending Report and its divedown Carrier Pending Report.
  4. If you are a biller and you print/export run reports from the "History" tab of the Patient Edit page, the run reports will now include a chart of all payment events on file. The chart appears at the very bottom of the run report, and does not include deleted payment events. This will give you the reports you need to answer patients' requests for complete financial statements for services you provided to them.
  5. The raw webserver logs of your employees' web activity are now retained for 180 days, before automatic deletion.
  6. The Customer Portal's database back-end is improved so that high-load conditions now have significantly less impact on the accompanying Employee Portal.
